At Rocket Co., we're dedicated to delivering continuous, reliable service to our valued customers. While we strive for perfection, sometimes unexpected service interruptions can happen. This policy is here to ensure you know how we'll make it right if service outages beyond your control occur.
Policy Statement:
Rocket Co. will happily provide reimbursement for the days you experience service interruptions due to issues with our network, not related to customer-owned equipment or errors.
Eligibility:
- All Rocket Co. customers experiencing a service interruption are eligible for reimbursement under this policy.
- Reimbursements kick in for service interruptions that last more than 24 continuous hours.
- To qualify for reimbursement, please report the outage to Rocket Co. within seven days of the interruption.
Reimbursement Process:
- Reporting: Simply report the service outage through the Rocket Co. customer service hotline, our online reporting system, or our mobile app.
- Verification: Rocket Co. will verify your reported outage and determine its duration and cause.
- Reimbursement Calculation: For eligible outages, we'll calculate the reimbursement amount based on your monthly service charge, divided by the number of days in the billing period, and multiplied by the number of days of the verified outage.
- Application of Reimbursement: Your reimbursement will be credited to your account within one to two billing cycles after we verify the outage.
Terms and Conditions:
- Reimbursement covers the loss of Rocket Co. services only and doesn't include incidental or consequential damages or losses from the service interruption.
- We may offer alternative compensation, like bill credits or service upgrades, at our discretion.
- This policy doesn't apply to interruptions caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of war, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
Limitations:
- This policy doesn't cover interruptions during scheduled maintenance that we've notified you about in advance.
- Customers disconnected due to non-payment or those who have voluntarily suspended their service aren't eligible for reimbursement.
Policy Review and Amendment:
- Rocket Co. may review and update this policy periodically to make sure it's fair and relevant.
